PRIORITIES
My vision for our local communities and state includes goals of affordability, accessibility to our community, accountability for measurable results, and specifically to alleviate Missourians heavy tax burdens and high insurance premiums.
My legislative priorities include:

Abolishing emissions inspections, as today's vehicles are the most emission friendly in automotive history. Jefferson County is one of the last three remaining counties dictating emission inspections.

Promoting a tax deferred Homeowners Savings Plan (HOSP) as an incentive to promote home ownership, home improvement and maintenance, tax free.

Exploring legislation making groceries tax free in Missouri.
My major focus will remain on affordability and tax and insurance reform in Missouri.

Eliminate the state income tax. Remodel property tax assessment.
Rescind personal property tax.

The average Missouri citizen needs to be able to afford a family- house, car, groceries and an education with income left over to save.

STATE BUDGET
Common sense reform to reduce government spending means reducing state regulations and regulatory agencies. Smaller gov't is smarter government.

Worked part-time and full time in the Jefferson County Assessor’s Office while attending and graduating from Jefferson College with an Associates Degree
Worked full-time while going to school part-time at Washington University in St. Louis and attained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics
Attained near a decades expertise in Property Tax while working for the Jefferson County Assessor’s Office in various roles such as mapping assistant, residential appraiser, business personal property representative and commercial appraiser; and as Manager of Property Tax for The May Department Stores
